Their exercises include a perfect combination of cardio, HIT (high intensity training), commando training, among others. They also play different sports like badminton, football which are perfect for a full-body workout. It also activates all the muscles in the body.

  • Gym – the gym can be used for many different purposes. It is mainly used to gain weight or lose weight, requiring muscle development and a strict diet. 

  The gym has a variety of equipment that range from light-weight to heavy-weight. Therefore, a person depending on his goals, can work out accordingly.

  • Yoga focuses on the mind and teaches the mind to concentrate on breathing. This helps in developing concentration and calming down the body. It uses different asanas that focus on specific body parts. It is perfect for physical, mental, and spiritual health.

There are also many other exercises a person can do like TRX training, Zumba, aerobics, kickboxing which activate muscles and help a person be healthy.
